I work hard to ensure that each of our clinicians feel well cared for which enables them to care well for you.

I help others with anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship issues as well as building confidence and self-esteem. I also specialize in treating complex trauma and have experience helping others recover from domestic violence and abusive relationships. I take an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I adapt my approach to you and your individual goals, needs, and life situation. In cases of complex trauma, I often work from an attachment, body and emotion-focused lens. I also offer Walk-and-Talk Therapy for those that would prefer to do therapy in nature as opposed to in an office. I see individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and up.

I provide an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, tailoring sessions and treatment plans to help my clients reach their full potential. I specialize in helping those navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss/grief, and I have extensive experience in the areas of adoption and foster care. As a biracial therapist, I am deeply committed to providing culturally competent care and have a background in supporting individuals with long-term physical disabilities or self-identity challenges. I utilize a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help my clients identify how to leverage their strengths in meeting their individual goals.
