This is a structured 10-week curriculum combining expert teaching with intentional practice. You’ll work through real-world scenarios alongside a cohort of men committed to the same level of personal growth.
Ongoing support is available beyond the initial 10 weeks. You can continue your progress through individual therapy with Nikolai or participate in our graduate support group for continued community and encouragement.
